RoleTo create planning synthesis for all changes post SoP
To create the Windows content for CC21 in 2022/23

Co-ordinates with:
InternalAll GDM’s, Engineering functions, CPL, PME, Production
ExternalNA
Purpose of the Role
o Schedule for each post SoP Change for CC21
o Manage all ECR’s which need to be implemented post SoP of CC21 in PLM
o Schedule Windows (07/22,11/22,03/23,08/23,12/23)
o Plan for pre-serie for each Windows w.r.t running projects
o Tranversal co-ordination between Projects in Progress & Changes required in Serial Life
o Prepare reports for tracking TKO status w.r.t ECR and assist in migration of ECR states.
b. Monitor ECRs w.r.t application dates and escalate proactively
c. Co-ordinate with various stake holders to collect the QCPP reports for hard point decision meetings.
Manage activity during Industrial phase
o Co-ordinate with Break-point manager to plan for line implementation
o Manage outsourced Designers
o Attend Restitution meeting in the plant and related recovery action plan
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for planning of all ECR’s post SoP/co-ordinate with stakeholders like CPL, PME, Production, Supply Chain/ Managing Windows
Industrial phase => Ensure planning alignment between Suply Chain, CPL & Production/ Record VIN cut-off/Update PLM based on VIN Cut-off

a) TechnicalExperience in the automotive industry preferably OEGood overview of Car/AutomotiveUnderstand systems/sub-systems in car/autoWorking knowledge of any PLM systemAbility to understand QCPP synthesis provided by GDM’s/EngineeringUnderstand the transversal linkages to link multiple ECR’s
b) BehaviourClear & Efficient communication is vital in establishing work culture and patterns
Ablity to work with large cross functional teams
Proactive to highlight risks
Data based and objective
Assertive to back his/her concepts/ideas
