Job Description : Head of Customer RelationshipPositionA fast-growing fulfillment center is looking for a hardworking and detailed oriented Head of Customer Relationship to manage the onboarding and customer service teams,Qualification: · Strategically manage and overview all client’s relations (client signups, daily requests, and problem-solving)· Work on a flow from when clients come in and start onboarding until he’s fully satisfied with our service· Keep that satisfaction on a day-to-day basis, plus build a very close relationship between our clients and our team.· Create a clear process for clients with PowerPoints and FAQ, so clients understand exactly what we’re doing· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, and keep on giving feedback to all other departments on how to and what they can do for a better customer experience.· Full responsibility that all customer needs get done within a timely manner which includes Follow and overview warehouse for all work that customer needs· Organize all the work with SOP, and constantly overview for better performance· Other office tasks as needed· Recruit, select, orient, coach, and motivate team· Create an overview of KPI’s for team performance· Strong commitment to make everything happen even if it requires staying overtimeQualification: · Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening· Understands the psychology of clients relations and know-how to build it· Highly skilled in problem-solving and analysis· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate· Tech savvy and quick learner· Project management and time management skills· Loyal and committed individualExperience: · Minimum of 2 years of similar experience· Familiarity with CRM systems and practicesJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
