Job Description : Help Desk CoordinatorStatus: Non-ExemptLocation: CerritosReports To: IS ManagerJob Summary:Provides first line and single point of contact technical support to employees on a variety of issues over the phone, email, or on-site. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, peripherals, telephone and network connectivity.Essential Job Functions:Provides general problem determination and resolution as well as end-user support on all host application and operating systems.Performs configuring and testing of new/revised systems, modules, and applications off all software and hardware components to ensure problems are defined and resolved before implementation.Responds to end user problems on PCs to include software applications, system integration, or individual hardware problem.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve the problem.Provide individual support to end-user via phone, in person, and/or online to answer questions or resolve problems.Maintain complete and accurate documentation and support services/warrantiesServes as “on-call” personal to troubleshoot problems that may arise due to systems or server failure.May be responsible for repaid of copiers, printers, PCs or laptopsMust be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.All other duties as assigned or requested by IS Manager.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
