Job Description : Human Resources Coordinator The Company: Bush Ross is a full service large local law firm located on Tampa’s picturesque Riverwalk. We are committed to providing a “client-first” culture that emphasizes the care and concern for clients, as well as our employees.Essential responsibilities of the position will include: Recruiting and on-campus interviewingNew employee orientation and onboardingBenefits and 401K plan management to include data compilation for tax filings and auditsPayroll processing involving integration with time clock, HSA, FSA and 401K disbursementsAdminister performance evaluation programsDevelop and implement employee engagement and training programsAdminister short/long-term disability, FMLA, COBRA and workers compensation programsCounsel managers and employees on situational issues; resolve employee conflictAdvise leaders on performance counseling; consult on PIP and termination of employmentSupport employee relations, ethics and compliance investigationsAdditional responsibilities may include: Coordinate events e.g. holiday, employee, client recognition, sponsorships, communityParticipate in committee meetingsDevelop and maintain attorney profilesTracking and renewing attorney licenses and CLEManaging Receptionist and Administrative Assistant positionsIdeal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business/related field or HR Certification5+ years HR experience reflecting increased responsibilities, preferably in a professional service environmentAbility to dive into complex, ambiguous situations and bring them to an effective resolutionDemonstrate personal responsibility and process ownership that drives high-quality resultsIndependent project management skills, flexibility, and organization; excellent time management skillsProven ability to handle confidential information, personal integrity, excellent judgement and high ethical standardsStress tolerance, exceptional accuracy and a focus on efficiencyJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
