About the role
PwC is seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join our rapidly growing Technology team. Our Technology function is dedicated to researching, developing, testing, implementing and supporting innovative technology solutions for the wider PwC organisation and its clients and stakeholders.
You’ll will be provided with the appropriate training and upskilling from both a technical and professional perspective to enable you to play an active and recognised role in supporting some of the firm’s key technology solutions and products.
This is a great opportunity for you to get a solid foundation to your tech career, supported by team members and leadership, but driven by your ambition.
Our Technology practice consists of sub-teams delivering work across the technology stack, such as but not limited to front end web development, complex API based transactions, advanced data and analytics products, AI solutions, advanced RPA and low-code workflow tools.
Requirements
Exceptionally strong customer service skills and experience
Previous experience administering, supporting or configuring Workday systems is desirable but not essential.
Previous experience of working in a Human Capital or Finance role is desirable but not essential.
A passion for technology and developing your career as a technologist
Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Degree qualification (preferably STEM subject) or equivalent or demonstrable technology industry experience. (this could have come from work experience eg. internships, placement years etc)
Good working knowledge of software support & operational processes (ITIL, ISO, etc) desirable but not essential
As a support function our staff are required to work flexibly (including flexible start and finish times) in line with the requirements of the business
Commitment to working flexibly, if required, shift patterns & on call will be required.
Weekends and bank holidays work is required.
