We never stop learning.We are looking for an experienced Intake Specialist for our Clinical Support Center in Ft. Lauderdale who likes the challenge of a fast-paced environment. Ideally, the candidate must possess a willingness and ability to learn quickly and be a motivated and detail-oriented team player. It is important to be polished in appearance and possess great communication skills, professionalism and always with a positive attitude.The role of the Intake Specialist is to be the first point of contact with potential patients/clients. Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to the parents of newly diagnosed patients helping put the family at ease and walking them through the process from the initial call to start of care.Duties/ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
