If you would like the work you do every day to contribute to future of families in our communities and globally, then we encourage you to apply.Key Activities: Configuration of Camera and Access Control SystemsAccurately Document SSNW installed systemsNetwork Configuration for Security EquipmentOngoing Support for customer systems with service agreement’sPhone support for SSNW techs and CustomersWork closely with Project Managers and Field techs to meet installation timelines.Part of an On Call RotationR&D of new security productsProvide guidance and training to Apprentice IT Support ProgrammersConstantly improve technical knowledge to stay abreast of changing technology, through research, training seminars, and ongoing education coursesDiscuss and clarify specific customers software/programming needs and coordinate with programming team to implement those needsProvide in-depth customer training on access control and video surveillance softwareCollaborate with sales team to determine possibility of system/software integrations during the sales processCoordinate with customer IT team to determine system/software integrationsTroubleshoot advanced software programming issues for projectsDevelop and create advanced customer interfaces within software (dashboards, shortcuts, partitions, etc)Coordinate with vendor sales engineers to learn and implement best industry practices in software and programming setupRequirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in an IT role or helpdesk, or equivalent Associates Degree or Technical School DegreeStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal oral and written communication skillsAble to pass background check, drug test and clean driving recordPreferences: SQL Support ExperienceActive Directory Support ExperienceNetwork+ CertificationA+ CertificationWe offer benefits: MedicalExcellent 401k with employer matchPaid vacationPaid holidays,Paid community volunteer hoursJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Help desk: 2 years (Preferred)SQL: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
