Position : IT Support Specialist
Job Description : Job OverviewThe IT Support Specialist assists users in resolving technical issues related to our computer hardware, printing equipment, network equipment, voice systems, and business applications, help support the delivery of projects, and others. The position will build strong relationships across all GFI divisions.Does this sound like the opportunity for you? Some of your duties may include:Install, upgrade, and configure supported workstations, laptops, mobile, and other devices.Assist in the upgrade and maintenance of all network components.Provide training to users as needed.Provide technical support.Log and track all IT issues as directed.Provide timely communication to users and other members of the IT staff.Things you need to be able to do:Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, departmental managers and co-workers.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Install and configure Windows and Mac workstationsSetup and maintain Active directory users and Office 365 usersLifting of weight up to 50 pounds can be required.Things that are a plus:2-4 years related experience or equivalent education.Experience with Knowbe4, Zscaler, Sophos, network architecture, VLAN, WIFI, firewalls, and Routing are a plusWhat we think you’ll love about Gourmet Foods International:Advancement Opportunities.
