This position requires a professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented person to provide daily front line system support to our users.As a member of the ACR team you will:Provide end user support via the IT Support Management System by processing trouble ticket activity and work orders as required. Log all calls and resolutions and respond to all help desk calls in a timely mannerTrain and support local and remote users in applications, provide technical support, and help end users with special projectsProvide direct support service, repairs and maintenance of computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problemsDeploy end user computers/laptops/devices; provide basic IT training and knowledge; maintain up-to-date virus protection on the servers, desktops and notebook computers; and plan and test rollout strategiesCreate and maintain network users, user environment, directories, and security by conforming to established guidelinesMonitor network services and infrastructure and respond to network emergenciesQualified candidates will possess the following:3+ years of helpdesk, networking, and communications experienceBachelor’s degree in a related field desiredActive Directory and desktop imaging experience preferredStrong customer-service and training skillsExcellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft OfficeSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlinesCovid Consideration: COVID-19 vaccine status is required to be “up to date” for the ACR Workforce to work in any ACR office or travel for ACR business. ACR follows the CDC definition of “up to date”. This job requires employees to work in the office one to two days a week.
