Knowledge Services Associate
Department : Consumer and Business Banking
Uses extensive policy and procedure subject matter expertise to work across multiple lines of business to create, update, and maintain procedures that colleagues use to provide Category of One service to our customers. Assists with research and analysis as needed to ensure procedures are well defined and documented. Writes procedures according to established standards and style guide. Works with governance team and stakeholders to drive successful implementation from request intake through the approval and publishing of content. Gathers feedback from users and acts accordingly. Proactively monitors existing procedures for efficacy.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of experience
5 years of experience in a banking or a financial center call-center to include:
2+ years in a leadership/management role with experience creating reports, presentations, and/or communications
3+ years in an operations role performing research and documenting findings
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite software
Experience being intermediary with internal partners
Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in writing with a clear, concise, and organized style.
Demonstrated history of performing in fast-paced environment. Able to deliver high quality work and meet ambitious deadlines
Able to work well with peers as a part of a team on larger projects or independently on smaller projects
Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple efforts successfully
Experience facilitating large group sessions to gather and communicate information
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, driven, and self-motivated
Base Salary Range : $43,600 – $83,300
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible for participation in Huntington’s REP incentive program. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
