Position : Manager I, II – Traditional Healing
Job Description : Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Manager is responsible for the day-to-day performance and operation of a single stand-alone function or department. The Manager operates within defined policies and procedures and judgment is guided by established precedent and policies.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
For departments in which there is not sufficient complexity, accountability, and management breadth the position will be a Manager I and job progression is not available.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
Two (2) years of experience supervising a team of eight (8) or more employees; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor II at SCF.
Additional Qualifications for Manager II:
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a Manager of a department or program which may include functions like hiring, performance management, budget, strategic planning and/or improvement; OR demonstrated proficiency as a Manager I at SCF.
Employee Health Requirements:
Compliance with our Employee Health procedure is a condition of SCF employment. You are required to agree that you will comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment. Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position, requires that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, and T-dap (Tetanus – Diphtheria – Pertussis).
