Position Summary
The Manager, Integrated Marketing will lead our cross-channel marketing strategy and campaign execution. This role is critical in bringing cohesive, creative and impactful campaigns to market. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong leadership, creative vision and project management. The ideal candidate must be very organized and have strong marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage integrated marketing programs across owned marketing channels (email, social media, and web), in partnership with paid advertising and external communications
Work cross-functionally with business partners and marketing channel owners to determine, develop, and execute relevant and timely programs to acquire new customers, retain existing customers and drive demand
Manage and communicate a centralized integrated marketing calendar containing timing, prioritization, audience segmentation, marketing channel plans, and status. Keep all participants and senior leadership updated
Develop and present insight-driven creative briefs
Partner with internal and external creative partners on executing marketing campaigns.
Run and manage the editorial content planning process
Support marketing channels in developing an integrated marketing strategy and consumer journey that considers a multi-touch approach and different audience segments
Function as a key change agent in pursuit of a digital-oriented marketing approach
Analyze and report on on integrated marketing campaigns that are shared to internal teams and senior leadership
Oversee coordination of cross-channel marketing strategies for local (Hawaii), North American, and international markets
Lead efforts to reduce costs, improve time-to-market, and increase effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Work with finance, web, and IT to determine and implement programs that automate and integrate delivery of campaigns
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree
5+ years experience in marketing, program management, or related fields
3+ years experience managing marketing strategy or marketing production at a mid to large consumer brand company, agency, or equivalent
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign strategies for new and existing programs
Extremely organized and able to manage multiple, concurrent project streams
Proven ability to hit deadlines and to manage across teams to ensure interim deadlines are achieved
Experience working with (ideally managing) internal or external agency, vendors and/or freelancers
Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and innovate within a matrixed organization
Superior written and visual communication skills
Comfortable addressing and interacting with company leadership
Understanding of, and sensitivity to, the Hawaiian Airlines brand
Must have received the COVID Vaccine by date of hire

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience on the commercial side of the airline industry is preferred, but not required
Evidence of technical understanding of marketing systems
