Ensures all employees are treated consistently, fairly, ethically, and respectfullyMaintain master marketing calendar and project lists based on product launch schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are metResponsible for marketing inbox: responding to inquiries, filing/organizingAssist with press materials: copywriting, compiling and deploying media kits, proofing press releasesGenerate reports and campaign summaries to monitor marketing campaign performance on a scheduled basis by analyzing key metrics to strategically aid in content decision making and monthly reportingWork with internal teams and external vendors/media partners to coordinate and traffic marketing deliverables, ensuring high-quality, effective and timely execution of marketing programsTrack and manage all creative rotations currently in market to ensure all media channels reflect up to date creatives based on product availabilityModerate and help maintain social media channels (DMs, comments, mentions, stories); engage with social audience by responding to comments, while ensuring brand voice is metAssist with social media giveaways/collaborations, while professionally communicating with partnersActs as a liaison with external business/media partners: assists with scheduling meetings, participates in meetings/presentations, communicates status updates, tracking deliverables and timelinesIndependently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateralAssist with planning and coordinating the production responsibilities of photoshoots and video shoots, including but not limited to, talent bookings, location paperwork, organizing props neededMaintains media plans, ensuring all vendor contracts, proof-of-performance (print and digital), invoicing, and proposals are organized and filed for record keeping/reference purposesWorks closely with Accounting for billing verification, and ad/lease requirement trackingMaintains Advertising, PR and Media archives.Collaborate with team to research and proposes concept ideas for product launches and other campaignsSupport the marketing team, staying abreast of and recommending marketing best practices as they pertain to all marketing effortsProduces updates and status on projects and communicates any delays or issues in an effective timely mannerAssists with Ad Hoc projects and all other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:BA/BS Degree, Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred1-2 years of marketing or related experienceSKILLSRepresents the company brand image and shares aloha to all customers, business partners, and co-works at all levels throughout the companyStrong preference for retail/or consumer packaged goods marketing experienceProficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
