Position : Marketing Executive

Job Description : Alcon is looking to hire an Marketing Executive at Bangalore. This position has primary responsibility to enhance marketing administration and event planning for the Sales & Marketing teams. Monitor budgets, expenses, logistics, and availability of collateral materials; and coordinate for internal and external events, including trade shows and national sales meetings and also support in relevant marketing analytics.
Key responsibility:
Professional Education & Marketing analytics
Plan, coordinate and implement Professional Education, staff training and Medical education activities for the Cataract, VR & Refractive portfolios (eg –V Meet, Practice Plus, Evolve, Round table Meetings, N-Force, KIA etc meetings directed towards ophthalmologists & staff in private clinics, hospitals, Key accounts & at Centers of Excellence hospitals throughout India. Support and work in conjunction with sales teams to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of theme and messaging for assigned customer events. Create and revise room layouts for events as needed. Implement key brand promotional projects, marketing campaigns, roadshows that involves international as well as national KOLs. Supporting Brand Managers in providing a podium opportunity to KOL, webinar set up, roadshows organization on latest information on new therapy/technology area. Coordination with third party agencies for creation and implementation of on time product specific plans. Tracking and monitoring the execution of all the marketing activities with the help of dashboard and make it available for relevant stakeholders Support during Promotional spend budgeting exercise and provide primary data analytics to individual BM’s. Support BMs to maintain various data for their respective portfolio
Support National Events
Support in organizing external National and state level conferences including logistics, booth set-up, KoL Management, logistics , vendors etc Support in organizing internal company meetings such as NSM and POA for logistics, rooming, hotel coordination, agenda implementation, etc.
Procurement and Logistics
Coordinate with all stakeholders including Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales teams, Event organizers, designing and advertising agencies, internal and external stockholders, etc Support Logistical support (hotel, travel etc) as required for the conduction of events/with guidance from marketing head Maintaining proper record of the demo assets
Documentation
Maintain on-going accounting of approved budget for assigned events. Develop and provide related reports, and escalate related issues as needed. Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations, guidelines and laws. Ensuring the activities are conducted as per the legal and compliance regulation and all agreements, approvals are in place. Pre event budgeting and Post event report preparation, costing and communication to team Identify and propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process. Active support during Audit reviews
Working with the regulatory/legal to ensure that promotional activity, events and materials are as per the local laws/regulations.
Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative.
Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs for self and team

Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree
Experience requirement:
4 years of experience in the relevant filed / 6+ years of experience in relevant field
Languages:
English /English and Hindi

Indicate any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements, Planning Skills, Time management, Approachability , customer Focus, Informing ,Learning on the fly, Proactive, Action oriented ,Integrity & Trust and willingness to travel, proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
