The Billing Specialist will post insurance and patient payments and enter charges. You will also prepare, submit and follow up on all patient statements and insurance claims. The company offers:

Overview of the Billing Specialist Role:
Post remits for payments and denials
Determine financial assistance eligibility
Process patient payments, insurance requests and reconcile daily reports
Respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, and insurance companies regarding coverage
Investigate open claims and resolve issues
Preferred Qualifications of the Billing Specialist:
Experience with electronic billing systems
Experience in a hospital, physician, or office setting
High school diploma
