Position : Medical Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description : NJ Mobile podiatry practice, www.homefootcareservices.com, (12 doctors) is looking to hire Full-time or Part -time MEDICAL OFFICE experienced, people-friendly, Reliable Medical Scheduling Coordinator to work from home permanently.
Responsibilities include Appointment confirmations for multiple doctors, Answering the phones, working with EMR and Route scheduling software. All necessary training will be provided.
Working hours 8:30-5:30 Mon,Tue,Wed, Friday plus 2 hrs Sat and 2 hrs Sunday , OFF Thursday. PART TIME HOURS COULD BE DISCUSSED AS WELL .
Requirements:
Must have prior medical office experience preferred in Podiatry Office.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Computer EMR skills /ability to multitask/details oriented.
No Students.
Job Type: FULL- TIME OR Part-time
