YOUR MISSION
To manage sales, stock & discount management
Responsible for allocation of product ranges to different stores based on the buy quantity
Budgeting and forecasting for season sales
Plan display capacity for each store
Providing customer with right mix of assortment to Achieve Sale & Gross Margin target
Assisting preparation of Budgets for stores for each season
Assisting setting of sales targets for pre- seasons along with discounts
Assisting range selections after OTB in Global 360 Meetings where entire line of designs is presented
Include New initiatives in the range selection along with the carry forwarded products with the necessary updates like colors, designs etc.
Make selections for different customer segments based on lifestyles, designs and preferences
Preparing Budgets for the season and forecasting the preferences of the customers for range selections
Maintaining functional relationships with the key partners for smooth operations
Providing leadership, development and guidance to the team for efficient execution of strategies
Coordinate with multiple departments for planning display capacity for each store
To decide discounts and propose it to the planning and partner team and then roll out to the partners
YOUR TALENT
Proven working experience in merchandising
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills
