Job Description : A professional businessman is looking for a full-time, live-out, house manager/ nanny, in Miami Beach, Florida. Family dynamic includes himself and his 2 children, 3 and 5 years old. Start date would be immediately upon finding the right candidate. He has a fully staffed home and the house manager will be overseeing the overall management and care for the children. More detail information is provided personally via interview.The house manager must have several years experience as a house or estate manager and Nanny must be fluent in English and must live within a 30-minute drive of Miami Beach, Florida.Duties include managing all attendance and performance-related matters among the applicable vendors to ensure a positive, well organized, and smooth household, be the main point of contact in the house for the principal, procurement of household goods, look after guests, as needed, be hands-on with all administrative duties, including paying bills, as needed, budgeting, as needed, and managing household schedules of staff and principals.The top skills for position is being good with children, being a good communicator, understanding the principal’s likes and dislikes, being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role, and being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized.Hours will ideally be Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm. The principal is offering a generous salary, monthly medical stipend, PTO, and a discretionary yearly bonus. There is a potential for increased benefits over time. Dress code is business casual.This person must have their drivers’ license and must have their own car. Candidate must be COVID vaccinated. The position will work out of the principals’ home in Miami Beach, and the role starts immediately. You must have a U.S. Passport, Green Card, or EAC to apply for this role.
