We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who wants to join a fast-paced environment. As the Office Administrator at Anna Zuckerman Luxury, they will undertake administrative tasks, customer relations, and light bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesCustomer relations including customer serviceacting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partnersManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Support bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data, including inventory managementTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryAssist colleagues whenever necessarySkillsProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and Google preferredKnowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise and POS preferredQualifications in secretarial skills will be an advantageHigh school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Google: 1 year (Preferred)Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)Client Services & Customer Support: 1 year (Preferred)executive assistant: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
