As Office Assistant, you will own the responsibility for delivering Wow+1 service to our clients, agents, vendors, and other members of Mission Realty. This includes:scheduling property trips for our photographer and Field Rep to install/remove signs and lockboxes and to take room measurementsover-communicating with the Listing Manager throughout the listing process and completing required daily checklists to ensure listings are up to date and on track for going on the marketinputting data into various reporting systems and documents and maintaining accurate and current reportscreating property flyers for marketing and putting together buyer/seller packets for agents and Field Repscheduling and coordinating with multiple different schedules and calendarscompleting tasks for various weekly and quarterly meetings, including but not limited to being the scribe/note taker, running audio and visual components, etc.assist with agent onboarding and offboarding tasks and being available to answer any questions from agents and staffdoing anything asked by leadership to ensure the success of our team2.
