Job Description : Office Manager Immediate OpeningMartinez & Urbina CPAS, PA is a fast growing established public accounting firm based in Coral Gables, FL which focuses on international accounting and tax preparation.This role is for an immediate opening as an Office Manager reporting to the Coral Gables, FL office. It is full time and open to candidates looking for a long term opportunity.Office Manager Job Responsibilities: Complete general administrative tasksEngage in the standardization and maintenance of all office systems, including preparing and sending invoices and account statements to clients, forms, filing, incoming and outgoing correspondence and emailAccounts ReceivableSome clerical/receptionist duties at points, including answering phone calls and listening to voicemailSchedulingPayrollAssist with recruiting, hiring and firingPromote and develop a positive office culture, drive employee engagementClient RelationsOvertime and some weekend work will be required during tax seasonSalary / Benefits $60,000 – $65,000$500 contribution towards health insurance monthly401k 4% matchPerformance bonusesOffice Manager Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and SpanishHuman ResourcesAble to multitask and learn quicklyMicrosoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and WordData Entry SkillsAttention to DetailConfidentialityEducation and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferredFour plus years previous experience (CPA firm preferred)Excellent ability to communicate in English and SpanishExperience working with international clientsJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Health insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Coral Gables, FL 33134: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)Administrative experience: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
