Job Description : Now Hiring Aesthetic Onboarding Manager / Hype Girl Do your friends and family leave the vacation planning to you knowing you’ll find the best spots, and map out all the details? We love that about you!Aluma Medical Aesthetics is excited to bring on an enthusiastic, organized, and fun go-getter to help onboard aesthetic medical providers in their own medical spa space. This position will be working hand and hand with our aesthetic providers. Our ideal candidate can bring out their inner hype girl, and make the onboarding process for new injectors easy and fun!What You’ll Do: .Establish relationships with local salon suites in OC, LA, and SD. Helping to find our providers their dream space.Work with contractors, suite staff, and providers to build out their space aligned with the providers aesthetic and our brandbox..Help furnish injectors space. Extra points if you have an eye for design!Collaborate with providers on grand opening supplies and inventory order according to providers projected volume and inventory needsHelp establish a good relationship between providers and medical representatives to order products and set everyone up for success.Most importantly to help make sure the provider’s transition is as seamless as possible.This dream job is a combination of working in the field and working from home. Hours are flexible anywhere from 20-40 hours a week depending on how many locations we are in the process of opening.
