Some weekend shifts are required.Stations in Wheat Ridge, Denver and Berthoud COQualified Candidates Will: Be safe, reliable, and Customer Obsessed!Be age 21 or over.Have a current driver’s license and be able to safely operate a vanHave a clean driving record and clean criminal background.Be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen (this includes marijuana)Be a team player, but also be able to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.Be able to lift 60 lbs (most packages are less than 10 lbs), with or without accommodation.Be able to climb flights of stairs each day.Be able to overcome challenges and solve problems.Be able to have fun and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Be resilient to day by day challenges and changesDriver Experience: You will:Loadout your van each morningDeliver packages to houses, apartments, and businesses.Often walk-up flights of stairs to deliver.Drive vans averaging 120+ miles per day.Make an average of 50-55 stops per day, yes only 50-55!!!Be navigating via provided Road warrior routing app.Encounter many happy DHL customers who are excited to receive their packages!What You Can Expect: A starting base rate of $20.00/hourBi-Weekly PayPaid trainingStarter routes your first two weeks.
