Pay: $20-$30/Hour – 7% Annual Bonus On Total Compensation – Relocation Assistance – Plenty of extra OT if desired
Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Schedule – 6 O’Clock In/Out Time – 4 Day On 4 Day Off

This position handles all operations from the control room on steam boilers, turbines, chilled water, and HVAC equipment. Prior military, power plant, industrial, cogeneration, and/or production background will be considered immediately.
Job Description:
Responsible to report and keep the appropriate personnel informed by communicating verbally and in writing all pertinent information amongst the shift, between shifts, production support personnel and management personnel.
Learn and understand the operation of each piece of plant equipment and its normal operating condition.
Acts as a team member with all employees while complying with all policies and procedures.
Position will be assigned further responsibilities including, but not limited to, certain maintenance/housekeeping and administrative tasks deemed appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Perform routine boiler room, refrigeration and water treatment systems equipment inspections and performance including documentation of operational data,
checking and adjusting of controls on equipment as necessary.
Oversee the proper operation of the water treatment plant, boilers, turbines, and distribution systems with the shift operations teams, ensuring all teams adhere to the proper
procedures & guidelines
Assist with repairs as needed on all equipment and distribution systems piping.
Conduct sampling and testing of chemical treatment systems including the unloading of bulk chemicals.
Provide operating support for equipment shutdowns and startups including securing of equipment using standard LO/TO procedures.
Understand the operation and maintain normal operating conditions of all steam generation and ancillary equipment.
Be aware of the present operating condition of each piece of plant equipment by performing scheduled rounds and other rounds as outlined in shift procedures.
Responsible for knowing all state, federal and site environmental limits and following procedures to maintain them. Making and reporting conditions or irregularities to your supervisor.
Responsible for performing maintenance corrective action of any abnormal operating condition to rectify the problem if it is within the ability to be performed safely and properly.
