Job Description : The Practice Manager plays a critical role in helping Kinwell Medical Group’s clinics and teams advance the strategic objectives as well as ensure smooth daily operations of Kinwell Health’s primary care clinics. You will have direct responsibility for day to day operations of the organization including but not limited to hiring and onboarding new team members. You will also be responsible for communicating workflows as appropriate, training team members and ensuring all aspects of the clinic and technology are operational. The practice manager partners with the Senior Practice Manager to ensureJob Responsibilities· Participates and provide recommendations, hire new clinic team members and cultivate an environment of team building, integrity, patient/team member safety, continuous improvement, reward and recognition of team and individual contributors.· Assist Senior Practice Manager in supporting scope of service, refining clinic schedules and provide input on the clinic playbook that is used for clinic implementations and daily operations.· Collaborate with clinician partners with oversight form Senior Practice Manager to assess key metrics for effective patient throughput, improved patient outcomes, positive patient satisfaction, clinic safety and efficiency.· Communicates corporate objectives and changes clearly and timely to ensure team buy-in and alignment. Mentors and coaches team members on business metrics, patient satisfaction, processes and procedures· Monitor and report against clinic launch KPI’s and suggest enhanced metrics where appropriate· Manages and adheres to clinic budget and completes analysis through the research and review of expenses and cost drivers.· Ability to learn, use and teach staff on EMR practice management software and clinical workflows.· Educate and coach staff on patient health metrics, turn around times, performance, and any areas of opportunity to ensure a consistent improvement in healthy outcomes and ensure a positive experience for all patients.· Establishes and maintains relationships with payer, lab partners, referral partners, community resources and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent operations and practice expansion success.· Manage assigned teams including hiring, onboarding, orientation, mentoring, engagement, performance management, retention, and succession planning.· Completes special projects or assignments and performs other duties as assigned or requiredMinimum QualificationsAssociates degree in healthcare administration, RN, or LPN with clinic management experienceMust be willing to obtain a Bachelors degree· Three (3) years’ experience as a health care clinic manager· Experience working with Epic or similar EMRPreferred Qualifications· Prior experience with increasing practice utilization· Track record of achieving and maintaining exceptional Net Promoter ScoresKnowledge, Skills and Abilities· Entrepreneurial outlook that thrives in an environment of uncertainty and have a willingness to progress in your career as our practice expands· Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills· Skilled in operating a computer in a Windows environment utilizing Outlook, Word, and Excel· Experience with Epic electronic medical recordkeeping or use of a similar EMR· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills· Demonstrated leadership skills and accomplishments· Ability to work as a member of a team, take constructive feedback and implement to ensure success of clinic.· Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information in a discrete and professional mannerWorking EnvironmentWork is performed within a normal office environment with ambient temperatures.
