Job Description : JOB SUMMARY: Provide support and instruction to direct care staff to ensure that clients are properly supported. Coordinate client care with direct care staff, financial and medical staff. Provide support to adults with developmental disabilities to live independently in the Excel Supported Living, Inc. services are based upon individual needs, wants, and desires.
