We believe for CACTX to be a great organization that is built to last, every staff member must be positioned and supported to achieve their full potential.Description: Under the supervision of the Director of Multidisciplinary (MDT) Programming, the Program Manager is responsible for guiding and managing state-wide and systems-level initiatives that ensure fidelity to the children’s advocacy center and multidisciplinary team models in furtherance of the organization’s vision to end child sexual abuse in Texas. The Program Manager achieves results by maximizing strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Essential Job Functions:Program Management:Manage specific projects related to multidisciplinary teams (MDT) and child sex trafficking initiatives (CST) that advance the resiliency, sustainability, and impact of programming, including:o Developing of materials and resources to support MDT and CST initiatives, including training materialso Providing technical assistance support to local children’s advocacy centers (CAC)o Acting as a liaison and partner with statewide and local partners in the CST space to advance care coordination effortso Informing and assisting in the development or update of policies (i.e., legislative, CAC, partners)Provide leadership as a subject matter expert for MDT and CST internally and externally (e.g., statewide agencies/organizations, taskforces, etc.).Collaboration and Partnership:Partner with CACTX team members to guide stakeholder engagement activities to influence state-wide and systems-level effortsAct as a representative of the organization and its work with external stakeholders, including those that impact MDT and CST partnerships (e.g., OOG CSTT, TEA, etc.).Manage other special projects that further the overall goals of the organization and strategy mapRequired Qualifications:Experience with the subject matter related to child sex trafficking and the multidisciplinary team and children’s advocacy center model3-5 years of related and relevant experience at the local or statewide levelExcellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to distill complex information concisely.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Skill in working and connecting with a diverse group of colleagues and partners.Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently under tight deadlines, prioritize responsibilities, and identify and resolve conflicts in a timely and appropriate manner.Candidates must reside in Texas and have reliable transportation with the ability to travel to Austin, TX as needed.
