Job Description : Job detailsSalary$80,000 – $95,000 a yearJob TypeFull-timeQualificationsEnglish (Required)Driver’s License (Required)US work authorization (Required)Construction Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred)Full Job DescriptionThe Foreman is responsible for the following activities at this time:· Management of a field crew working on a specific project and organizing the work at hand.· Constantly be aware of the safety aspects of the work being performed. The Safety of all involved is the top priority.· Ensure that field logs, timesheets, receipts, and documentation are accurate and complete.· Prepare for and mobilize to projects in an efficient manner· Aid in the hiring and development of function al work crews for the execution of project(s)· Maintain positive working relations with project owners.· Coordinate with equipment vendors, material suppliers, ad subcontractors as needed.· Participate in Estimate Hand-Off Meetings with Project Management· Contribute to submittal creation and reviews.· Aid in project scheduling, estimation, review, and buyouts as well as post-construction reviews with project management.· Project Execution in a Safe & Productive MannerDuties may vary as required to support the Senior Project Director and General Superintendent. Generally, this position will concentrate on executing various civil and construction projects, including assisting with staffing, scheduling, equipping the projects, the identification of the processes for the safe and cost-effective execution of the projects, and the mitigation of risk associated with potential projects prior to having an impact on Meridiam. Additional duties and responsibilities will be determined collaboratively between the Senior Project Manager, Vice President and President of Meridiam from time to time.· Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with other team members, on-site employees, as well as clients, vendors and contractors.· Ability and willingness to establish strong working relationships with both internal team members and external clients/vendors.· Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule; including the ability to travel as needed to attend pre-proposal meetings and site walks.· Ability to efficiently and successfully complete several tasks on a daily basis.· Ability to learn and comply with industry legal requirements relating to Federal and other program Laws.· Key member of the construction execution team· Provide general supervisory skill sets for company projects on an as needed and company required basis.This position reports to the General Superintendent.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental Pay:Bonus payLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
