Assisting the sales team in determining event technical requirements and communicate with all parties involved to collect and disseminate information required for execution. Analyze equipment and labor requirements, coordinate the fulfillment of these requirements, and communicate execution plan. Supervise on-site crew including full-time crew and contractors. Prepare and implement technical production schedules as necessary to coordinate all crew. Communicate project scope, execution plan, and individual responsibilities with the crew and management plan requirements. Review all necessary information to ensure a successful event for the client and Active. Generate schedules and drawings, contact venue to coordinate projects including load-in /out procedures, power, loading dock permissions, etc. Maintain focus on client needs by attending client meetings, creating and maintaining organized show files, and responding to client concerns, questions, and problems. Assist the sales team to help determine equipment needs and technical solutions for assigned projects. Supervise the creation of CAD documents and renderings that are accurate and convey the intent of the technology. Review all sales documents to confirm that the equipment and technical positions, will, in fact, meet the client’s needs and that the profit forecast assumption is attainable. Must be able to lead small, midsize, and large crews to company standard with consistent quality. Interact with clients and staff in a positive and professional manner and assist any and all other positions as necessary, including loading and unloading of trucks. Requires strong written and oral communication skills, strong technical background, strong client relationship skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task, MS Office experience and CAD knowledge/experience are imperative.Sending an application through indeed will only send your email to spam.
