Position : QA Analyst

As our QA Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing testing plans for our in-house application development. You will work with the project manager, development team, and stakeholders to ensure that development is functional, reliable and meets the business expectations. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, possess technical troubleshooting abilities, and have advanced verbal and written communication skills.
QA Analyst
QA Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
Design, implement, and execute on testing plans for application development
Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of application development
Work with PM and development team to report defects and errors
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
Identify and report application issues found during the course of testing
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product’s efficiency
Ensure the final product satisfies the business expectations
Participate in project scope meetings as necessary to communicate findings
Write documentation related to application as necessary
QA Analyst Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
2+ years of work experience in application QA /quality control
Keen attention to detail
Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative and innovative thinker
Diligent and meticulous
Experience working / communicating with senior decision makers
United States residents only
Experience with JIRA administration is a plus
