Summary

As the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for bringing QA expertise into the product organization. We will rely on you to stay apprised of the latest tricks in the quality domain, and inform, train, and consult with all the engineering teams to help them build reliable, stable production solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to our overall delivery by working with others across the organization and at all levels to bring a quality mindset to our methodologies and processes.

Job Duties

Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in tooling, methodologies, and technologies that relate to delivering quality SaaS solutions
Discover opportunities and gaps within the organization related to delivering stable production-ready applications
Educate and train software engineers on quality standards, tools, and methods
Engage with security, infrastructure, architecture, engineering and product leadership and others to evaluate technical and strategic decisions from a quality perspective
Consult with individuals and engineering teams on how to implement sound quality processes
Self-directed in discovery of useful knowledge and in creating training opportunities within the organization

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 4 years in a quality assurance role.
Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership role.
