Job Description : Quality InspectorJuggernaut.Case specializes in the design and manufacture of ruggedized products used to protect, mount and connect mission critical electronic devices used by warfighters in extreme environments.We are searching for a Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance department.Essential Functions:Perform complete visual inspection on parts and assemblies for workmanship, dimensional conformance and tolerances, using various instruments such as calipers, micrometers, pin gages, etcInspect and accept/reject incoming materials using Incoming Quality Control PlansInspect and accept/reject outgoing finished goods using Outgoing Quality Control plansIdentify nonconforming material and initiate Nonconforming Material Reports (NCR)Create and maintain accurate inspection documentationProvide input for drawing reviews regarding dimensions and tolerancesProvide feedback regarding any quality concernsOther duties as assigned by managementBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)5+ years previous related experienceProven skills in using calipers, micrometers, gauge pins and other standard tools for dimensional analysis of itemsAbility to read and interpret part drawings, blue prints and/or written specifications is required.Knowledge and understanding of geometric tolerancesPreferred Qualifications:Quality certificationsProfessional written and oral communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and WordInterpersonal skills to work in a team environment to achieve goals and resultsDetail and results orientedProblem solving skillsManually able to lift objects up to 30 lbsJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Quality inspection: 4 years (Preferred)related: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
