Our receptionists are the heartbeat of our company keeping families camping and creating life long memories by creating a positive first impression with every customer! We are willing to train and develop an individual that will be the perfect fit for our team.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that all phone calls are answered within the first 3 rings and delivered to the correct person.
Maintain office supplies, send daily mail, and assist with duties needing done from other departments.
Make every customer smile and feel comfortable whether that is on the phone or when they enter our showroom.
Qualifications:
Punctuality – To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late and to be late is to be forgotten.
Hustle- The receptionist moves fast and accomplishes a lot of daily tasks
Above & Beyond- Our team believes in going the extra mile for our customers
Attitude- We believe in hard work and having fun while doing it! A positive and work-hard attitude will serve you well
