We continue to grow and are looking for top talent to join our team and continue the journey with us.Job DescriptionAs a Recruiter / Staffing Specialist you will ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline by working closely with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identifying future hiring needs.ResponsibilitiesUtilizes recruitment tools and executes recruitment strategies to attract, screen and hire quality candidates who meet immediate and projected needs.Determines applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes and conducting prescreens and reference checks. Coordinates testing and skills checkoffs for qualifying applicants. Maintains rapport with the candidate through the hiring process.Manages the applicant tracking systems (ATS)Adheres to all policies and procedures as well as company goals and objectives.Contributes to goal setting, process improvement and achievement of desired community goals.Serve as a liaison with outside recruiting vendors, job fairs and community.Qualifications1+ years of high volume recruiting experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentHealthcare experience is preferred but not requiredProven ability to generate candidates for difficult-to-fill positionsExcellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to travel between Denver and Colorado Springs as needed (reimbursement provided) and willing to work weekends and after hours occasionallyBilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.About Stellar Senior Living: Stellar Senior Living, a privately-owned family company, is a premier senior living provider in the Western United States.
