Job Description : Signature Dental PartnersRegional Director of OperationsUtah or ArizonaCompany Description· Signature Dental Partners (“SDP”) is a dental support organization (“DSO”) focused on improving the lives of dentists and their teams. SDP provides its affiliated dental practices with proven non-clinical business support services, so doctors can spend their time delivering exceptional patient care. These support functions include recruiting & human resources, marketing, procurement, payables management, general operations and accounting & finance. SDP supports offices as they manage the day to day business.Job Summary· SDP is seeking a Regional Director of Operations who will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the operations of multiple dental practices affiliated with Signature Dental Partners in our Colorado and Utah regions.· The Regional Director of Operations will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in each of their dental practices with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth over time.General Responsibilities· Approve and monitor office and staff hours daily and weekly to ensure proper staffing recommendations are made at the practice level and staff costs are controlled to budgets.· Provide oversite and support to practice level managers/operations coordinators and doctors as needed.· Must have deep knowledge of how a practice runs. Also, must have experience with practice management systems like Dentrix, Ascend, and others.· Gather and analyze reports needed by support office including but not limited to weekly AR reports, month end reports, ledger level auditing and allocation audits and corrections.· Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections· Directly support dentists in their growth and development, helping them set goals and address operational opportunities within their supported office.· Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions· Maintain regular communication with dental office staff and affiliated doctors to review practice trends and performance.· Analysis of expense reports for region and facilitating move to preferred vendors while preserving relationships.· Assist in onboarding and integration work for newly affiliated dental practices implementation of operational processes per SDP “best practice” guidelines and philosophy.· Answer employee requests and questions and help resolve operational-related problems· Represent the SDP brand and facilitate and support doctor and team alignment with SDP.· Advise and train practice operations coordinator/team on organizational/operational policies and recommend needed changes.Job Qualifications & Requirements· Over three years in an operational role coupled with experience in a multi-location (customer service experience) focused operation. Experience in a multi-location health care support business is preferred. Experience in the dental industry, human medical industry or other physician focused multi-site industry will be viewed very favorably.· P&L responsibility and experience with budget management, personnel management, and team building.· Willing to spend time in the field (traveling out of state if needed) visiting affiliated dental practices and work side by side with practice team members· Active listening skills, ability to implement processes and collaborate with COO for needed changes.· Highly organized and detail oriented.· Ability to work collaboratively with practice team members and operations team.· Education: College graduate with an advanced degree preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Multi-Site Dental/DSO: 5 years (Required)Dental/Similar Operations: 8 years (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
