Job Description : Assist commercial real estate appraisers in the research and description of key characteristics of commercial real estate being analyzed and appraised including; property type, building size, construction material, tenancy, property use, functional utility, site size, taxes and assessments, zoning, and market analysis. In addition the Research Analyst will assist in the research of comparable data including sales and leasing transactions.
