You are there to work for your team not the other way around. If we take care of our team our team will take care of our customer.This position is responsible for the coordination, development and operation of the M1st HQ building. This is a working Manager position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for monitoring and sustaining the standards of ECS to continue to provide excellent customer service and response time to Members 1stCoordinate schedules, providing timely updates and keeping track of all progress to insure goal accomplishmentConduct regular audits and inspections of procedures, and cleaning practices in order to maintain the scope of work.Responsible for keeping inventory of all supplies to ensure we always have plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap etc.At times Members 1st has staff that will work on certain holidays and will require some or all of our staff to be there to maintain quality. We will “play this by ear” and make proper adjustments as Members 1st needs change.Communicate effectively with your team and get everyone on this team to work together to accomplish tasks.Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.Experience:1-2 years of related experience preferredPeople matter and we treat all people with respectTeam oriented individual.Able to collaborate and operate in a team environmentJob location/address:5000 Marketplace Way Enola, PA 17025 (This is a brand new building that doesn’t have an address yet) that is why it reads “4540” in the location.Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Cleaning & Sanitation Managers & Supervisors: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
