Position : Social Media Content Creator
Job Description : Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a 100% remote Social Media Content Creator to join their in-house marketing studio. You will work closely with the Head of Global Brand Strategy to ensure all content is aligned with the global brand strategy. In this role, you’ll help create authentic, engaging content that brings to life their employer brand on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
You will be provided with a strategic framework to guide your ideation and content creation for multiple channels and campaigns. Ideally, you are proactive and outgoing; collaboration comes naturally to you. You enjoy the creative process and take ownership of your projects to elevate them to the next level.
This is a full-time contract position that is indefinite with no end date. Benefits and compensation are provided via Cella (ie., health, vision, & dental insurance, tenure bonuses, paid holidays, 401k, etc).
Social Media Content Creator Responsibilities:
Create and facilitate the production of content (written, visual & video) that helps achieve the overall global brand strategy goals
Manage social media channels: Be the voice of social media, own the editorial calendar, schedule posts, set performance benchmarks and manage reporting
Partner with internal stakeholders to source, create and repurpose content to support the employer brand narrative: You will work cross-functionally with talented peers across the enterprise
Collaborate with Head of Global Brand Strategy to ensure that the content you create aligns with employer brand messaging, strategy and goals
Compile employer brand metrics to identify trends, insights and opportunities; evangelize key learnings and content wins across teams
Recommend new ideas and approaches to help innovate and advance the employer brand footprint
Conduct social listening to identify trending content opportunities and to proactively engage with audiences on social media
Project manage multiple campaign initiatives and diversify weekly content
Social Media Content Creator Requirements:
5-7 years of social media/content marketing experience in a corporate setting
Understanding of social media best practices and the nuances of channels (like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience with tools similar to: Hootsuite (social media scheduling), Canva (graphic creation), Netbase (analytics)
