Job Description : Miller’s Ale House is seeking a passionate social media marketing professional that can bring together both creativity and data-driven insights to achieve results and can contribute to the success of the team today and continue to grow with the organization as it evolves. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and analysis of paid and organic social media content on social platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. As a Social Media Specialist, you are expected to be up to date on the latest trends and technologies, have excellent communication skills and be results-oriented and data-driven.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCapture the voice of Miller’s and bring it to life across the different social platforms using both produced and UGC.Create and execute the social content calendar to ensure it aligns with current marketing promotions and other key initiatives.Create and/or provide direction on content development to leverage best practices across different social platforms and to meet business goals.Assist in the development of social media strategy based on best practices, prior campaign and content performance, trends in the social space and business goals.Working knowledge of Facebook/Instagram and Twitter advertising interfaces and be familiar with other platforms, such as SnapChat and TikTok.Manage the budget for all paid social media content produced and placed through the internal Marketing Team.Create and implement highly targeted paid social media campaigns to drive results among desired audiences.Track, analyze and optimize posts based on target audience behaviors.Regularly measure and analyze content insights and data, appropriately translating them into reports and action items.Analyze the overall performance of various campaigns from all social media platforms and provide results and recommendations for future campaigns.Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations worthwhile for the brand to continually grow usage and engagement.Engage with guests to spread positivity and “brand love”.Brainstorm and work collaboratively to generate story and content ideas.Collaborate with agencies, graphic design, legal and other departments as necessary.Required Skills & Education· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or Business.· A minimum of 1-2 years directly related experience.· Experience using social media management and monitoring tools, such as Sprout, Facebook Ads Manager or other similar tools.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented· Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels of the organization· Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.· Passionate Sports Fan and Restaurant industry knowledge preferred· Travel: less than 5%Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
