Job Description : Maui Paradise Properties is a premier vacation rental office looking for a full-time dynamic Southside Service Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional with excellent communication and customer service skills plus the willing to help our guests experience a 5-star stay!Service Managers will oversee all operations we operate, juggle the needs of guests / owners and most importantly, team support. High ability to multitask with a proactive attitude! Daily tasks include answer inquiries promptly, manage physical property needs and ability to solve guest issues with kindness.Must live on Maui, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.An important position to service our southside properties. With 40 hours a week, two days off and willing to work holidays and weekend is crucial.
