Job Description : Beverage company looking for highly motivated and responsible individuals to run, operate and manage the company’s mobile operation at local and regional events as brand marketers. Candidates are to provide the highest level of customer service, deliver the brand experience and creatively drive sales through customer interaction. The candidate is also required to be hard working, have a positive attitude, responsible, punctual, presentable, and work as part of a team. The candidate will be required to track and manage inventory, and to develop and train team personnel. We have a very large number of events for this season, but still offer a flexible schedule for our employees.Qualified Candidates Must Have/Be:- Energetic, organized, detail oriented, and manage people- Passionate about working- Previous event / promotions experience preferred- Friendly and able to interact with diverse groups of people- Willing to engage with consumers, very outgoing- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision or direction- Excellent driving record required & Passing Background Check- Able to stand for long periods of time (10 hours plus) and still be engaging and energetic- Team Player- Flexible and able to adjust to different situations- Works well in a fast-paced environment- Professional in appearance and demeanor- No visible piercings or tattoos/ must be able to cover tattoos and piercings during event hours- Able to lift 50lbs at a time- Available per schedule to work most weekends Friday through Sunday- Ability to drive 1 ton pickup truck pulling 25 foot trailer – on the job training providedJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Weekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsAbility to commute/relocate:Austin, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Events management: 1 year (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
