The challenge:
Examity is at an exciting time developing a first in class customer service team. The support agent will be responsible for answering calls, chats and emails from test-takers and providing a real time resolution.

We are looking for an agent who likes to get their hands dirty, creates new processes, and wants to make an impact. This role will drive a great test-taker experience.

What you’ll do:

Achieve service levels- handle inbound calls, chats, and emails in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot common system and test-taker issues (Contact a supervisor for problems you are not able to solve).
Display active listening skill by understanding the problem and show empathy to test-takers.
Manage and maintain accurate profile and case information.
Follow open cases to closure- ensure all issues are resolved accurately and fast.
Exceed quality requirements.
Ensure test-takers are satisfied with the Examity proctoring service.
Follow work instructions and Examity policies.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum experience is 1-2 years in customer care support
Excellent listening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adheres to work schedule.
Keeps a GREAT attitude.

Transportation:

Examity provides home pick and home drop cab facility for its employees residing within 15 Kms Radius from Kondapur or Nacharam.
Charge of Rs.800/- will be deducted if used office transportation.

Employees who would like to commute self a transportation allowance of Rs.6000/- will be provided based on terms and conditions.
