Position : Training Content Creator
Job Description : Job Summary:
The position helps HRC to build knowledge management content for HRC offering. The role will work with Domain experts, Product Managers and Engineering teams to understand and device a learning methodology.
The role would be one point contact for all learning related aspects.
Responsibilities:
Concisely articulate complex workflows that actively engage learners.
Monitor and implement necessary training content changes across HRC offering.
Somebody who will create demos, SOPs – word docs, web page, etc. – document writer, basically any document that helps explain the product to different stakeholders. Should have some exposure on Finance (FP&A, R2R).
Partner with internal stakeholders to create, manage and edit learning modules/FAQs that support & service Customers / HRC Consultants etc.
Conducting calls with clients to understand their needs and customise training content, if required.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to concisely articulate complex workflows that actively engage learners.
Skilled use of workflow documentation tools (google slides, google documents, etc).
Ability to work independently with collaboration from stakeholders.
Familiarity with financial applications terminology.
Soft Skills:
Creative thinking to make the learning modules interactive & engrossing.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships, from internal stakeholders to external.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
