Job Description : When joining our management team as an Assitant Property Manager you will have the opportunity to help our owners, guests, vendors, and employees with planning and addressing issues that arise. We are looking for individuals that are passionate about hospitality and can share that spirit with our guests. Champions Gate is a top market for Vacation Rentals and you will represent one of the quickest growing companies in the Vacation Rental Business. We expect the perfect candidate to have great organization skills, the ability to communicate expectations with all types of people, always be planning for the future, pay attention to details, and be willing to roll their sleeves up and get dirty when needed. We are a full-service company that buys then designs/themes homes and launches them through our property management company.What will you do exactly? Well, let us tell you…Effectively gather information from our field members and communicate that information to the correct parties.Manage day-to-day tasks for employees, and be very comfortable with learning new computer software.Be efficient in Microsoft software and Google DocsCommunicate compassion to our guests and vendors and be diligent in finding solutions to their problems. Kind of like speed charades, but you can use your words, we prefer that.A high degree of sound morals, we expect honesty in all work done – Strong and clear communication skillsGreat work ethicMultitasking skills (we aren’t talking about chewing gum and walking, think harder core)The ability to work in an active and busy team environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Management: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
