Zion National Park is just a stone’s throw away, Las Vegas is two hours to the south and Lake Powell is two hours to the east.Job Description:As our videographer and photographer, you will:Shoot and edit product review and other educational videosProduce, edit, and upload these videos to our various Youtube and other social media channelsTake and edit photos for websites and social media channels. These photos will include images of the various equipment we review along with our team members reviewing and using these productsEnsure all photos and videos are high quality, engaging, and fit each website’s styleWork with our writing and marketing team to improve the quality of our digital contentCreate other digital media content (graphics, banners, award badges, etc.)Manage and train videographer intern(s) as they assist you in your roleManage and organize all photo/video filesLearn about products in various niches and develop strong understanding of each verticalSkills Needed: Creative intelligence – ability to take creative photos, shoot creative videos, and edit snippets of film into a cohesive and engaging storyAbility to direct video/photo shoots and communicate well with product expertsExpert ability with the Adobe Creative Suite, including:Premier Pro, including: Proper sequence settings and why, frame rates and why, warp stabilization, color grading, audio correction, motion trackingAfter Effects for motion graphicsIllustrator for graphics creationLightroom for photo editingPhotoshop for compositions, photo corrections, and thumbnailsExpert level knowledge and experience with post-productionTechnical ability to operate all equipment — cameras, lights, drones, etc.Be physically capable to lift and carry e-bikes, paddles boards, and move fitness equipment around the officeAbility to work outside for several hours in both heat and cold weather conditionsKey to success in this position is having a strong work ethic centered on excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships and communications with all team members.A good candidate will: Have a deep passion for videography and photographyPreferably be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldHave 2-4+ years experience as a professional videographer. We want someone who is skilled and experienced creating high quality mediaBe a passionate self-starter.
