Job Description : Personnel Source is currently filling entry level positions with a local plastic fabrication company located in Ridgefield, WA.Responsibilities of the Assembler: Operate a variety of hand and power tools to perform finishing work on molded products and perform assembly of components onto the molded products so they are finished to customer’s specifications.Collaborate with team members throughout the production process. Transport products to the next production stage after completion of inspectionResponsibilities of the Machine OperatorOperate molding equipment to produce various molded products to efficiency and quality standards.Create and sustain a safe work environment.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Inspects product for conformance to quality standards.Positions require:Ability to read and write proficiently in EnglishAbility to use hand and power toolsShift ScheduleWeekend ShiftFriday, Saturday, Sunday6:00am – 7:00pm36 hour work schedule = Weekly Pay for 40 hours!$17/hr moving to $19/hr in 3 monthsJobsite Tour Times This Week: Tuesday at 1:30pm or Thursday at 10amJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 per hourSchedule:12 hour shiftWeekend availabilityWork Location: One location
