Support to Senior Program Managers, additional program managers, special program teams and staff members from various functional organizations. Candidates who are interested should possess the ability to obtain a clearance to fully perform job responsibilities. Position requires a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Outlook calendar management, travel arrangements, creating and submitting expense reports, meeting and appointment coordination, special events coordinator, organizing and maintaining departmental files (including highly sensitive data); creating and editing presentations, documents, memos, reports and spreadsheets ensuring the accuracy of format, spelling, punctuations, etc. Must be able to manage multiples tasks and changing priorities in a quick-paced environment. Candidate should have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, work independently, possess strong interpersonal skills, be a team-player and have the ability to work effectively for multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Seeking reliable individual who possesses the ability to operate in a multi-faceted environment in an independent manner.Multi-tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and support unforeseen requests from all levels of management.Assists management with coordination of business-critical tasks with a proactive team approach and a can-do spirit.
Must be proficient in the full complement of Microsoft Office Suite and possess skills to compose correspondence and create presentation slides deck. (i.e. Outlook/Calendar Management, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Ability to learn company specific systems at a fast pace and determine priorities to manage tasks effectively and expeditiously.Provides complete and concise results on all tasks including regular updates and statuses to ensure progress to deadlines. All correspondence should be accurate, complete and properly handled.
Arranges meetings, makes travel arrangements, completes expense reports in support of leaders and other program team members.Handles all program event planning including satisfying every aspect of planning from brainstorming ideas to implementation and post event activities.
Experience with domestic & international travel arrangements and expense reports using ConcurPerforms additional special assignments, as required, in support of program milestonesOther focused skills are: Attention to Detail, Ability to maintain confidentiality, Strong organizational skills, High level of interpersonal/teaming skills with a professional demeanorAbility to obtain clearance
Desired Skills:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and staff.

Work experience in a government contract environment.Demonstrates a professional presence as the liaison of several different functions at the site, as well as, the first point of contact for a variety of corporate executives and external military officers.Advanced level of competency required for Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word to manage multiple personal and site calendars, and to assist with completing a variety of in-depth reports that are presented to upper management.Experience with SharePoint, Box and Slack is desired.The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Must be flexible and able to work independently and execute projects with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated and able to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.
