An Administrative Technician job is available with the City of Fort Worth Neighborhood Services department within the Administration division.
The Administrative Technician job responsibilities include:
Assisting administrative and technical support to the daily operations
Provide routine administrative support and perform a wide variety of technical financial duties including requisitions, receiving, monitoring purchase orders, invoices and vendor data
Reconciling account balances and entering data into PeopleSoft/ERP
Maintain records of all transactions
Prepare reports as required, receptionist relief bi-weekly or as needed, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree from an accredited college with major course work in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Office Administration, or related field
Two (2) years of clerical and administrative experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Grant Experience
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
Conditions of Employment
