We provide catered lunches and keep our breakroom kitchen fully stocked everyday!Primary Responsibilities: Review calls, emails, chats and other customer interactionsReview customer survey resultsDocument customer journeysIdentify sources of customer dissatisfactionComplete customer experience improvement projectsReport CX results to managementCollaborate with key stakeholders (Operations, Customer Advocacy, Quality Assurance, etc.)Skills, Experience & QualificationsBS in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceProcess mapping knowledge including customer experience journeysKnowledge of process improvement theories (six sigma, lean, etc.)Experience interpreting and identifying improvement opportunities based on the Voice of the Customer (VOC)Ability to drive improvement in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to partner with key stakeholders and influence changeAbility to effectively communicate findings to the organization**This is a fully in-office position, please anticipate that you will be required to come in to the Phoenix office daily. We can provide you with a lightrail pass or paid parking in any of the garages or lots surrounding the office.
