Job Description : Apartment ManagerA multi-family property management company is looking for a Property Manager for an apartment complex in the Seattle area.Job Responsibilities:Ensures that all business is conducted according to company policy.Assists with resident communications and requests.Directly manages leasing specialist.Prepares and signs lease agreements with renewing and new residents.Oversees the property web and social media presence.Responsible for organizing and executing leasing campaigns.Prepares reports weekly as directed; occupancy, traffic, market survey and rent collection.Ensure workflow for both the office and maintenance teams.Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in fair, ethical and consistent manner.Requirements:Must have 3+ years’ experience as an apartment leasing manager in the Seattle marketMust have knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and OutlookMust know community software (such as Onsite, Yardi, etc.)Educated in Fair Housing and Landlord / Tenant LawsStrong written and verbal communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Seattle, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Property management: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
